Briers attends the 4th Global DIY Summit 2016

Jackie Eades (Managing Director) and Liam Walsh (International Sales Manager) are attending the 4th Global DIY Summit in Stockholm, Sweden, for three days. With attendance from over 51 countries and more than 800 delegates, this is an important investment for the business in networking and building new business relationships

Liam is committed to forging ever stronger relationships with global partners and sees this event as key to Briers' ongoing international success: "Briers hopes to grow and explore new opportunities in the export market at this event, and improve its understanding of the differences in cultures and trends across the ever changing international DIY retail and online markets!"

The Global DIY Summit is the world’s major event where retailers and manufacturers from the home improvement and garden centre industry have the opportunity for an exchange of views of current and future developments within the global market.

This congress is being jointly hosted by the two leading European DIY professional organisations, EDRA (European DIY-Retail Association) and fediyma (European Federation of DIY Manufacturers), and the first global representation of interest of DIY trade, ghin (Global Home Improvement Network).
